Facilities Update

On April 28, the Mahtomedi School Board unanimously voted to authorize the District to proceed with preparations for a special election in November related to Facilities improvement.  We have spent the past two years conducting research, meeting with stakeholders, and reviewing options related to the facilities request. The Facilities Proposal ensures our school facilities support a safe, engaging, and future-focused educational environment.

This is a strong first step for our district to address its needs and advance our strategic plan. Our next step this spring will be to review the potential for an operating levy.

For more information about the projects included in the proposal, you can review the presentation slides or watch the video here.
