Dear OHA Families,
It is hard to believe we have completed the first semester of the 2025-26 School Year. Report cards are a way to communicate progress toward grade-level standards. Please note that some areas on your child’s report card will be marked N/A (Not assessed) or left blank. We use N/A when we do not have enough evidence of learning to report a grade accurately. N/A does not mean that we are not learning and working on these standards; it means that at this point in the year, we don’t have sufficient data to accurately grade that area. All areas of the report card will be marked by the end of the year. If your child has an IEP, please read this IEP and Reporting Letter.
Academic Key
3 - Meets grade level standards
2 - Partially meets grade-level standards
1 - Does not meet grade-level standards
NA - Not assessed yet
Report Cards will be available online through Infinite Campus beginning February 5. We will not be sending home printed copies of the report cards.
To see report cards in Infinite Campus, log into your Campus Parent Portal account and click on the menu icon in the upper left hand corner. Then go to “Documents” and click on “Grades 3-5 Report Card”. You may need to make sure you have the correct student selected in the upper right hand corner if you have more than one student. A new window should appear with the report card.
If you need assistance accessing your Infinite Campus accounts, please contact Beth Hennen at #651-407-2333 or beth.hennen@isd832.net.
If you need a printed copy of your child's report card and are unable to access a printer, you can contact the school office at #651-407-2300.
Please understand that the report card is one snapshot of how your child is doing in school. We are constantly gathering data about your child through a variety of ways including looking at work samples, exit slips, assessments, observations, unit tests, and Fastbridge reading and math assessments.
It is important to encourage your child by celebrating one area of strength from the reporting process and making a goal together for continued improvement. This supports the growth mindset, which is a belief that success is based on hard work, learning, and perseverance.
Thank you for partnering with us to support your child and their learning. If you have questions or concerns regarding your child’s report card, please don’t hesitate to contact your child’s teacher!
Sincerely,
Susie Prather
