The 2024-25 Handbook is available and ready for your verification.
Handbook Cover

We are excited to welcome you back for the 2024-25 school year! Our 2024-25 Student and Family Handbook is now available and provides valuable information about our schools and programs.

All secondary students and parents/guardians must annually verify that they have read and understand the general information, school policies, and summaries of District policies contained in the Mahtomedi Public Schools Student and Family Handbook.

The verification process occurs in our ParentVUE and StudentVUE systems. A Google Form verification is used for Preschool families. In addition to the Handbook verification, you will also see technology-related verification prompts.

Verification of the handbook must be submitted by families and secondary students by September 3, 2024.

Verification Process

Families and secondary students will digitally acknowledge the Family and Student Handbook, Policy 524, the device guides, and the optional Chromebook Protection Plan through ParentVUE and StudentVUE

Families

A parent or guardian will need to sign into ParentVUE, and then they will be prompted to complete a series of acknowledgment screens before being allowed into the system. If a family has more than one child in grades K-12 and/or Passages Transition Program, each parent or guardian only needs to complete the acknowledgment screens once. At least one parent or guardian must complete the acknowledgment screen, but every parent or guardian with a ParentVUE account will see it when they log in.

Preschool Families: Mahtomedi Area Preschool families, please complete the acknowledgment process via the Mahtomedi Student and Family Handbook Verification Google Form.

Students

Students in grades 6-12 and Passages Transition Program will need to sign into StudentVUE, and then they will be prompted to complete the acknowledgment for the Family and Student Handbook, Policy 524, the Chromebook Device Guide.

  • 6th-grade students will set up StudentVUE in class at the start of the school year and will be asked to complete the acknowledgment screens at that time.

  • New students in grades 7-12 and Passages Transition Program students will be given their StudentVUE credentials by the first day of school and will be asked to complete the acknowledgment screens at that time.
