State Championship Soccer Information

Ticketing, Dismissal, and Fan Bus Information for State Championship on October 31st

 

Congratulations to the Girls Soccer team, who have advanced to the MSHSL State AA Soccer Championship. They will play at 12:30 pm on Friday, October 31st, at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The MSHSL does not have a Senior rate for the State Tournament.

STUDENT DISMISSAL: All students attending the game must be excused by a parent/guardian on Infinite Campus by submitting an Absence Request. Students will be dismissed at 11:20 am. 

STUDENT FAN BUS REGISTRATION: A fan bus to the game is available for Mahtomedi High School students for $12. This fee does not include the price of a ticket to enter the stadium. It is recommended that you purchase your game ticket after receiving a Fan Bus confirmation email. Fan Bus riders will eat A Lunch at 11:20, depart the school at 11:50, and return promptly after the game’s conclusion. Fan bus riders may not be back in time to ride their route bus home from school.

Registration for the fan bus closes at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 30th.

If the fan bus is canceled due to low registration, all registered students will be notified and receive a full refund by 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 30th.

IMPORTANT VENUE & MSHSL BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS 

  • U.S. Bank Stadium is a cashless venue.

  • Your phone is your ticket; a device is required for ticketing. 

  • Large bags and backpacks are prohibited; see U.S.Bank Stadium’s bag policy for this event by clicking here. 

  • MSHSL HALLOWEEN Notice: costumes are allowed but must be appropriate (no gore/blood or inappropriate language). Masks and face coverings/paint are NOT allowed. No large props or prop weapons of any size.
  • Artificial noise makers (i.e. megaphones, cowbells, sirens, whistles, thundersticks, and other similar items) are not allowed.

  • Respect the game/contest. Under no condition shall anyone other than the members of the official squad enter the playing surface. No one may interfere with the contest in any way. 

  • No outside food or beverages are allowed.

  • Basic point-and-shoot, consumer-grade cameras without a detachable lens are permitted.

  • No signs or banners may be hung in the facility. Hand-held signs promoting Zephyr teams and athletes no larger than 2 ½ feet x 2 ½ feet and containing NO sticks or poles are allowed.

  • Spectators must wear clothing that covers the entire torso. Those who do not comply or who wear clothing that is vulgar, obscene, or in some other way inappropriate, as determined by school/tournament personnel, will be removed from the arena/stadium if they do not cooperate with this behavior expectation.
